Meet Leah Day
Come meet Leah!
Leah is a Husky mix estimated to be around a year old. She came to us as a stray and sadly, was never reclaimed. She weighs about 43 pounds and likely still has some growing to do!
Leah is currently living in a foster home and has been doing wonderful and has really connected to his people. She is really looking forward to finding a permanent home.
Leah is a friendly, outgoing pup who loves spending time with people. She’s incredibly sweet and enjoys getting lots of attention and affection. This fun-loving girl also has a playful side and especially enjoys playing with toys.
The good news is that Leah is very treat-motivated, which will make training both fun and rewarding! She would do well with kiddos aged 8 and older. Leah loves romping around the yard with another shelter dog and might benefit from another canine companion to show her the ropes! A meet and greet would take place at the shelter with other dogs living in the home to ensure it is a good match. No kitty friends for Leah, please!
