Jordan Leigh Fancovic (Down Dog Yogi)
Join us for Down Doggie Yoga at 10am on Saturday mornings. The class will be led by Jordan Leigh Fancovic. Jordan has been practicing yoga for the past 10 years, and recently became a Yoga Alliance certified instructor! She is using her knowledge and study of the human mind and body to get people MOVING FORWARD, both physically and mentally! One of her many favorite yoga poses is the tree pose: Because “It’s the best of both worlds. Feeling rooted into the ground, while still being able to reach for the sky. It’s quite literally a balancing act between the two.”
Our Down Doggie Yoga is making a return, and it’s weekly! Jordan Leigh Fancovic, our doggy photographer, is going to be hosting classes every Saturday for newcomers and experienced yogers. The classes will be held from 10AM til 11AM in the Humane Society’s back grass lot. If the weather is not permitting, it will be held inside the Humane Society in our spacious new middle room. This event is BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat. The class fee will be $10 and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Humane Society.
We really hope to see you!
